Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are calculated when you decide to purchase an item and CHECKOUT, if the items are IN STOCK that is.

The shipping costs are also shown on your Gorilli Invoice. The shipping costs are calculated and added only once. If you order more than one item, the shipping costs remain the same, because Gorilli was coming your way anyway.

You will be kept up to date about your Gorilli Order by e-mail. Count the days and the items will be delivered at your crib.

Return Policy

Gorilli spends the utmost possible care to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition. In case you are dissatisfied about your Gorilli order you can return it within 7 days as long as the items have not been worn or damaged and with tags attached.
Gorilli does not refund!

Please write your reason of return on the invoice and send it along with the (stamped) package back to Gorilli. (Unstamped mail will not be excepted, NO EXCEPTIONS!) Gorilli can not be held liable for any return shipments getting lost in the mail.

In case the error can be accounted to Gorilli, (Gorilli says sorry and) Gorilli will settle your case a.s.a.p. and you will get your return shipping refunded. However. If Gorilli can not be accounted for the error, the return cost are yours and if a new item needs to be sent, you will also have to pay for the shipping again.
