Account

MY GORILLI ACCOUNT contains your personal information, such as delivery address. It also features services like: order history and order status. Gorilli recommends to keep your account up to date as it speeds up the total experience.

As an additional service MY GORILLI ACCOUNT allows you to store your CART CONTENTS by simply logging off. The items will then be held in your GORILLI CART...BUT!...Since many items are available in limited quantities only, the items will be rewarded to the one who CHECKs them OUT FIRST! Gorilli suggests keeping your finger on the trigger.

If you leave gorilli.com and were not logged into MY GORILLI ACCOUNT your CART CONTENTS will be emptied.

Pay

You can pay securely using PAYPAL (global) or IDEAL (Holland Only). This makes gorilli.com one of the safest ways to shop online since no creditcard information is directly communicated.

Ideal is the Dutch standard for online payments and is for Dutch customers only. Check out www.ideal.nl for more info. Please take notice that Ideal has a delay of one hour. This means if payment is aborted, it takes one hour before you can try to pay again.

If payment is not finalised all items will be RE-PLACED in stock.

Once you have completed the CHECKOUT process, you will receive an automated e-mail with your Gorilli Invoice containing your Gorilli Order Number and detailed information about your order.

As soon as payment is received you will receive an automated e-mail confirming payment. Your order will then be processed. (You can view your order status in MY GORILLI ACCOUNT.)

Count the days and your order will be delivered at your crib. You lazy basterds.
