Gorilli respects your privacy! All information which is collected and stored on gorilli.com is handled confidentially and will not be passed out to third parties. The personal information you share can be updated or changed at any time by logging into MY GORILLI ACCOUNT and editing your account.

Gorilli takes the utmost care and effort to ensure that this site is safe and secure. Gorilli uses the most updated version of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect your information against any leakage or misuse. This means that any information you send is encrypted and protected. Another safety measure is the payment through PayPal and Ideal.

Stock

Many items in the shop are only available in limited quantities. Therefor the STOCK changes automatically when items are ADDed TO CART and CHECKed OUT. Gorilli does not restock. However, when items are CHECKed OUT but payment is not finalised, these items are RE-PLACED in stock.

Since many items are available in limited quantities only, Gorilli highly recommends that you obtain them while they are in stock. ADDing to CART is no guarantee, as items will be rewarded to the one who CHECKs them OUT first! Gorilli does not put items on hold but you are free to try.

InStore Only Policy

Also please note that due to the limited availability of certain items, they sell out very quickly, therefor not all of our items can be found online. Some of our most special and most limited items can only be obtained in store. This is to give everybody a fair chance and also has to do with international retail/distribution agreements.
